We are delighted to welcome you to Surrey Hills Diving at Tapwood Lake.

Our vision is simple: to create a high-quality inland diving venue that puts divers, training, conservation and community at its heart.

Located in the Surrey Hills, Tapwood Lake offers depths of up to 34 metres, excellent visibility, and a peaceful environment dedicated to recreational and technical diver training, exploration and enjoyment. As development of the site continues, members can look forward to a growing range of facilities both above and below the water, including training platforms, underwater attractions, improved amenities and dedicated diver services.

Surrey Hills Diving operates as a members’ club, working in partnership with dive centres and clubs to provide safe, organised access to the site. By focusing on membership rather than day-ticket access, we aim to foster a welcoming community of divers who share a passion for underwater adventure and responsible stewardship of the environment.

Conservation forms a key part of our long-term plans. We are committed to protecting and enhancing the lake’s natural habitat while creating an exciting and sustainable destination for diver training and recreation.
